The TOMidEast Summer School office begins accepting applications through Google Form.

Note: We incourage students who will need to apply for a visa to send their applications in the first round so that they will have time for all necessary procedures if selected.

First selection process begins: All complete applications reached by this date (5 PM Rome time) will be examined by a committee of scholars affiliated with the School.

The TOMidEast office will communicate the results of the first selection process individually to applicants offering a place to those who have been successful in their application.

By this date, successful applications must formally confirm their acceptance of the offer and send proof of payment fees (as per the requested payment method) via email. Upon their reception, the ToMidEast office will confirm the allocation of the place. Applications who fail to meet this deadline will have the offer withdrawn.

Applications for the second selection process are accepted within 5pm (Rome time). No application beyond the indicated deadline will be considered. The second selection process begins.

The TOMidEast office communicates the results of the second selection process individually to applicants and offers a place to those who have been successful. Applicants have to confirm their participation within 2 days in order to proceed to the payment of the fees.

By this date, all required procedures (bureaucratic and payment of fees) by the accepted applicants should be fully concluded.
